Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Beach

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right on the beach, offering a relaxing and fun atmosphere. The room experience, however, was a bit frustrating with a long wait for readiness and some unpleasant odors. The service was great overall, except for a minor issue with one staff member. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with exceptional breakfast but lacking in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, although they tended to get hot quickly once the air unit turned off. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to restaurants with a gulf view. The dining options were good, though sometimes limited, and the staff worked hard to keep items restocked. However, the room had a mildew smell, possibly due to dampness, and the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests leading to occasional shortages.
